I always consider hot pots at restaurants to be a bad deal as the amount of food you get usually doesn’t add up to like the twenty dollars or so fee that they charge each person. Especially since you cook everything yourself. If anything, I see it more as you are paying or someone to clean the dishes for you and such after. So this deal caught my attention as it was soup base for hot pot meals where you can get two packages for one dollar.
