This is a funny example I didn’t expect to find even though I have actually seen stuff like this before. As you can see, you could apparently buy 4 gigs of RAM here for 99 cents with a stipulation that it is a special order request. Usually what this means is that the company doesn’t actually have the product in hand. But if you commit to buying the item first then they will contact the distributor to get the item to sell to you. As you can see too, because of this they indicate it is not returnable or refundable.
They could easily just cancel it of course as well. Good for the sake of an example though for the purpose of our budget.
