This was a good example on how even the large supermarkets have clearance sections of sorts for fruits and vegetables that may not be too visually appealing. In many cases to me they don’t even look that bad where it’s like minor blemishes of sort. In other cases for like what I believe were onions I thought people simply weren’t buying it because they look so darn huge where they discounted it to try and dump it.
