I don’t believe I have ever shopped in a Forever 21 store before. So price wise I am not sure if this is considered as a really good deal. But this hair tie set was under one dollar and is a nice variety for my documentation on the types of stuff you can find.
I am not even sure what I should categorize this as. I am assuming items like these usually fall under a “Beauty” category. Since it feels more like a “clothing” item I will simply put it in that category.
