Just like how store flyers change every week you can often find new unadvertised in store sales each week at various places. When I visited this grocery store they had more assorted fruits and vegetables on clearance sale. Kind of surprised that I saw mushrooms and cauliflower here as I am used to seeing things such as apples. Each tagged at 99 cents as well.
