This would definitely be more of a seasonal item. I suppose since winter is coming to an end the company probably wants to get rid of this as fast as possible. That’s quite a substantial discount too at 99 cents. It’s not a bad idea where if you use seasonal items like this stocking up when it is cheap now will save you a lot of money later. No difference than buying items like those Christmas wrapping paper for next Christmas while it is cheap now.
