Wonderfarm White Fungus Bird’s Nest Drink

One thing I thought I would find a lot for under a dollar are food and beverage items that may seem odd to locals but not to people in other countries. So far, this is the only thing I saw that kind of made me wonder what it was. As you can see, it is described as Bird’s Nest White Fungus Drink.

Errr, is it like literally like fungus from a bird’s nest mashed up into a drink? I am assuming it must be like a delicacy or something in another country for a business to manufacture this in large quantities. It’s cheaper than what a lot of people charge for bottled water too. No clue if this stuff is actually healthy for you, but it’s only sixty-nine cents.
